Material handling
In material handling the use of S-Ply® leaf springs in linear- and circular conveyors lead to a longer operating life than conventional springs could achieve. Furthermore one obtain an improved machine-tool efficiency, which leads to higher product throughput.
Tobacco- and food processing require additional qualities of the springs, such qualities as corrosion resistance, physiological food grade safe harmlessness as well as high fatigue strength.
S-Ply® leaf springs exhibit these characteristics, are designed for long term operation and are characterised by high reliability.
The temperature range for S-Ply® leaf springs is between minus 50°C and plus 70°C, whereat the spring displays only minor variation in spring behaviour within this temperature range.
