Screening technology
In screening technology leaf springs are exposed to extreme stresses. They have to transmit high acceleration forces of the screening frames at opposite directed oscillations. Most plants operate outside and are therefore, in addition to mechanical stresses, exposed to environmental influences. The features from S-Ply® leaf springs lead to minimal maintenance effort and long overhauling intervals, by what S-Ply® leaf springs become an extreme economic constructional element in the screening technology.
